One of my first memories, oddly enough, is of a Looney Tunes cartoon in which Daffy Duck is consecutively squashed by fatter and fatter wrestling (WWF Style) champions. You can imagine the kind of impression this would leave on a little kid. It's just plain grotesque. Anyway, the song that went along with it seemed even weirder at the time. It's not often you get organ music on TV.
